The agency provides live-in carers on a short or long term basis. All carers are fully residential, twenty four hours a day, and provide a one to one service to the client.
By using this method, clients and carers get to know one another well, and a harmonious routine is established. If for any reason a carer proves unsuitable or becomes unwell, the agency will replace that carer at the earliest possible opportunity and ensure that the client’s routine is not unduly disrupted. Once established this system proves extremely successful, the carers have regular breaks and return refreshed and eager to take up their duties.
Although we are not a nursing agency many of our carers have had experience in hospitals, and residential homes, and are fully conversant with caring for stroke patients, senile dementure, Alzheimer’s and a variety of disabilities.
We aim to ensure that our clients always feel that they are treated with respect and dignity, that they are valued as individuals, and that their right to privacy is upheld.
